Your registration will be held for 7 days. It will be automatically cancelled if a payment has not been received within 7 days. If your employer is paying for your training, then you will need to pay to hold your place and then request an invoice for you to submit to them. We will refund your payment to you when your employer has paid the invoice.
The Reflective Supervision Team (RST) is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. The Reflective Supervision Team is bound by the Privacy Act 1988, which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.
Collection of your Personal Information
To register for a workshop you will be required to supply certain information for the purpose of registration and further feedback relevant to that workshop. Feedback will include confirmation of registration, payment, receipting, updates and reminders. The RST will retain a database of this information for the purpose of confirming your attendance at a workshop if requested by yourself.
Sharing of your Personal Information
The RST is required to share proof of your workshop attendance to the Psychology Board of Australia if you require Board-approved supervisor status renewal. The RST agree that at no other time will we share your private information with any other person or company for any purpose.
Accessing Your Personal Information
You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. The RST reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.
Customer Service Processes:
Payments will be taken via PayPal, with an email to confirm payment and official receipt. Invoices can be issued for those participants who require them. Workshop bookings will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
Our cancellation policy is 90% refund if more than 45 days notice, 60% refund if more than 21 days notice, 30% refund if more than 7 days notice, and no refund if less than 7 days notice. Refunds are made within 7 days of notification. Transfer of the place to a colleague is permissible with written application prior to the workshop date. Workshops may need to be cancelled if there are insufficient numbers in which case 100% refund will be given. The cancellation policy is clearly stated on the registration form and applications are only accepted if the applicant ticks the box to agree that they have read and understood them.
